I have been featured in The Expat magazine for the month of September 2013:

I submitted my answers to a series of questions by email about a month ago and am excited to see the feature.

The Expat magazine is a free-subscription monthly magazine for expats in Malaysia, written by expats. It's nice to know a little more about the expat community, even though the vast majority of expats are based in Kuala Lumpur.

I'm the recipient of the Silver Award at Expatsblog.com!

So the judges decision has been made and I have won the Silver Award for Malaysia at expatsblog.com best blog awards!

I'm really thrilled with that, and extremely grateful for the 96 people who took the time to fill out the form and drop me a short review.

I will be doing a little something for each and every one of them over facebook in the coming weeks, which will be particularly beneficial for those who have blogs!

Windows, Light, and Space

Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, wherever in the world you may be visiting from!

Talking of windows, light, and space, I discovered all of these 3 elements at The Zenith Hotel lobby last week. I've always thought that where these 3 luxuries exist, I feel peace (even with 2 young children running around!)
