I am good friends with Adam. He's from Leicester, England like me. We were best friends throughout my childhood. I vividly remember playing football on the astroturf, the park field and an old car park down the road. We used trees as goalposts, monkey bars, jumpers, bicycles and shoes. He was such a good goalkeeper; always tricky to score past him!
We also played snooker sometimes down at the local snooker club. We weren't too bad but Adam was a lot better than me! I preferred pool.
