Keep Calm and Run on





Came across this fantastic poster and had to share it somewhere in this A-Z. Last month I took up running in a bid to get myself fit and healthy and it's going great! My stamina is building with each run and I feel physically in much better condition. I listen to Eminem's 'Lose Yourself' whilst running and it makes me feel unbeatable. I know I'm not going to stop until I reach my target.

    Run on - I must get out and do lots more walking and exercise in general .. now that Spring might finally be here that will encourage me more!!

  4. I used to go running, my back can't cope with the pounding so have to stick to walking. Happy running :)

  7. I love to run too! Am healing from a foot injury and back up to almost 3 miles :) It's such a great way to clear my head and take care of my body at the same time! Your theme cracks me up, btw :)
