Embarking on a long journey

Playing on the beach at Swiss Garden Resort & Spa Kuantan

Well, the journey from the sea to our spot on the beach wasn't really that long, but I'm speaking of a different journey.

I've just took on a 98,000-word proofreading job which is going to occupy a lot of my time for the next 2 weeks.

So I may not be around as often as I'd like here in the blog world, but I will try and post more pictures from Swiss Garden Resort & Spa Kuantan whenever I can. I have so many to share with you!

Wish me luck on my long journey . . .

  1. Duncan ! your theses or someone else's !!! interesting assignment, I did not know one's research work can be paid to another person to proof read ! I should have done that when I did my PhD thesis, really had toughest time correcting my bad english grammmar !

  3. Hi Wong, it's someone else's thesis. The English looks pretty good from the first page, so hopefully it's not too difficult making corrections!

True My Lens, it is a beast of a job. I'll be starting today!

  6. Hi DUncan. Another super photo of the beach and your three lovelies! How I envy you that blue sky and the warmth. Wishing you good luck with your proof reading. Try not to overdo it, as you don't want to come down with headaches or eyestrain!! (You can see that i'm talking like a mum there!!).

  11. Good luck Duncan! Sure sounds like a big project. I can't imagine proofing such a long piece. I have enough of a challenge just proofing my own short blog posts :^)

  13. How brave of you. Proofreading someone else's work must be one of my least favourite things to do. Wishing you patience and endurance.
