Check out this geometric puzzle:

A geometric puzzle which is the roofing to the lobby entrance at Swiss Garden Resort & Spa Kuantan

Sometimes complicated things eventually piece themselves together; sometimes they just make no sense at all!

  6. Duncan, this picture is appropriate for Elliot and I today, as he works to assemble a K'Nex roller coaster building set. We found it at a second hand shop and it has about a million pieces! I assigned it as a school project so that he can understand what it means to tackle a project bigger than what he thinks he can do, so that the reward of achievement is experienced. People who dream big and construct complicated things inspire us all!

  11. I always enjoy looking at these geometric structures.
Although it looks complex, I think the concept is force or pressure being routed on the various points to support the overall weight.
    T%ake care.

  12. I, too, like to play with K'Nex and building toys. This reminds me of the geodesic dome my children climbed on when they were little.

  14. Lovely picture! I feel that the doll-house assembling process didn't make any sense when I started from zero! It looks gorgeous now!
